Ingredients:
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced into ribbons
- 1/2 cup shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Olive oil, for brushing
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- Layer zucchini ribbons, shrimp, and mozzarella on top.
- Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
- Slice and serve hot.
