Zucchini & Shrimp Pizza 🍕🦐

Crispy crust layered with tomato sauce, fresh zucchini ribbons, shrimp, and a sprinkle of herbs. Light, colorful, and made to share.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 small zucchini, thinly sliced into ribbons
  • 1/2 cup shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out dough on a floured surface and transfer to a baking sheet.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Layer zucchini ribbons, shrimp, and mozzarella on top.
  5. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  7. Slice and serve hot.

 

Tip: Grill the zucchini lightly before baking for an extra smoky flavor.
