Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups basmati rice
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Instructions:
