Grilled Chicken Breast with Ketchup & Herbs 🍗🌿

Tender, smoky grilled chicken breast sliced and served with tangy ketchup and a hint of fresh rosemary. It’s the kind of protein that does all the work — and asks for nothing in return.

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Fresh rosemary, for garnish
  • Ketchup, for serving


Instructions:

  1. Season – Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Grill – Cook on medium-high heat for 6–7 minutes per side, or until fully done. Let rest.
  3. Slice – Cut into thick slices and plate with rosemary.
  4. Serve – Add a spoonful of ketchup. Serve warm.
