Ingredients:
- 2 brioche buns
- 1 chicken breast, breaded and fried
- 2 slices smoked bacon
- 1 cup shredded lettuce or romaine leaves
- ¼ cup coleslaw
- 2 tbsp burger sauce (mayo, ketchup, paprika mix)
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Toast the buns – Lightly grill both sides until golden.
- Cook the bacon – Fry until crisp and set aside.
- Fry the chicken – Bread and deep-fry until golden brown and cooked through.
- Assemble – Spread sauce on both buns, layer lettuce, fried chicken, bacon, and a spoonful of coleslaw.
