Red Roasted Pepper

First the freshest, ripest bell peppers are selected, then a careful roasting process begins.  The peppers are then cut and dipped in soybean oil, vinegar and a secret seasoning mix by Zina. The result? A nutritious dish that is a great addition to a variety of different foods. We love to serve this salad on bread with feta or mozzarella cheese, as an appetizer before poultry or just as a colorful addition to your table. 

 

Artichoke Salad

Our artichoke salad features the best sundried tomatoes, fine cut parsley and a zesty, light sauce. Californians have long discovered this dish and pair it with their very own Sauvignon Blanc.

 

Ratatouille Salad

Zina’s has offered this original French salad for decades. Tomatoes, garlic, onions, zucchini, eggplant all comprise this vegetable stew. It is often served as a side dish with pasta, rice, bread or meat. Our customers reheat the dish or serve it as a hot soup.

 

Spring Salad

Features freshly cut vegetables, cabbage, carrots, onions, as well as fresh red and green bell peppers. Also widely known as the Health Salad, it is topped with a light dressing made out of soybean oil, vinegar, and Zina’s special blend of herbs. Serve as a side at BBQ’s, enjoy with sausage or rice, or have it as a light lunch.
