Athenian Salad 

Greek culture personified by love of feta, olives and oil, meets the Italian obsession with pasta. We use Cavatappi pasta which is an authentic Italian macaroni in the form of a spiral. We add traditional Italian tomatoes, peppers, while topping it off with a special mix of peppers, onions, celery and parsley to make this salad a unique cultural dish. 

 

Couscous Salad

Our recipe features sliced juicy cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley, green peas, lemon vinegar and a mix of spices, making it a perfect dish that is high in minerals, vitamins and fiber. Couscous has been an inseparable part of Mediterranean diet for centuries. Enjoyed both cold and warm this traditional low calorie salad will compliment any dish- whether it is poultry, fish or meat!

Orzo Confetti Salad

Orzo is an artfully cut pasta, which is also known as risoni. Mixed with fresh parsley, diced green, red peppers and carrots. This tender mix is drizzled with a light vinaigrette dressing that can be enjoyed both hot or cold.  Orzo Confetti Salad makes a great side to your favorite poultry and meat dishes. 

Pasta and Broccoli Salad

Featuring Rotini pasta, crunchy broccoli and a variety of other vegetables, including; carrots, peppers, beautiful, ripe whole cherry tomatoes, yellow squash and zucchini. This dish offers a balanced approach that yields high amounts of vitamins and fiber. 

 

Pasta Primavera Verde

Gemelli pasta is combined with our green, freshly cut parsley and green peas. It has great visual appeal, and pairs well with chicken and fish. The salad has a wonderful, zesty and salty taste, thanks to Zina’s horseradish dressing. It can be enjoyed either warm or cold. 

Pasta Rainbow Salad

The twists of Tri-Color Rotini add visual appeal and more importantly allows it to retain more sauce. Our dressing is a mixture of vinegar, soybean oil, lemon, parsley and our special blend of herbs. Everything in this salad comes in three colors: three colored rotini pasta, green, yellow and red bell peppers, as well as a blend of three secret spices.

Pasta Sun-dried Tomato Salad

Made with the finest sun-dried tomatoes available on the market our special roasted garlic tomato sauce, carrots and peppers make this salad a colorful, authentic dish. This salad pairs well with a variety of meats, but can also be indulged as a dish on its own.

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Feta Cheese 

Penne pasta, spinach, feta, the balance of ingredients is what makes this salad so unforgettable.  Mixed with chopped spinach and crumbled feta, covered in oil… just a little bit of onion and garlic – and it’s perfect! Enjoy this salad as a beautiful stand-alone dish served warm or chilled. Pair it with fish, poultry and a variety of meat dishes. 

Rotini Pasta 

Tri color rotini pasta is mixed with broccoli, carrots, peppers, cherry tomatoes, yellow squash and zucchini. We chose the tri-color rotini pasta for its twisted shape that are not only aesthetically appealing but retain more sauce. Our dressing is made of vinegar, soybean oil and lemon, a dash of oregano and of course our special blend of Zina’s herbs. 

Tuscan Pasta Salad

Featuring Cavatappi pasta, with zesty sun-dried tomatoes, freshly cut parsley and deep red crushed tomatoes. We suggest serving it hot or cold with a variety of meats and poultry, such as roasted chicken and season with cheese to taste.

Sesame Noodle Salad  

Made with noodles, sesame seeds and oil this dish can be enjoyed both hot or cold. As a hot side dish, enjoy it with chicken, or grilled meat. As a cold dish this salad works well with fresh cilantro and scallions- just don’t forget your chop sticks!

Spinach and Pasta Shells Salad

Our pasta shells are cooked “al dente”, gently mixed with spinach and topped with our traditional seasoning.  This salad makes a great addition to a variety of meat and poultry dishes. Our customers enjoy this salad cold or hot - very popular at parties and family barbeques. 

Whole Grain Primavera Salad

Features whole grain rotini, mouthwatering sundried tomatoes, freshly shredded carrots as well as diced yellow and green squash, with a hint of garlic, and a touch of vinegar. This salad pairs well and adds texture to baked salmon or your favorite poultry dish.

Whole Wheat Mediterranean Salad

Whole wheat penne pasta is gently mixed with black olives, artichoke, red roasted and green peppers, and sundried tomatoes: This dish can be enjoyed both hot and cold and will wow your guests with its nutritive value and unforgettable authentic taste. 

Spiral Pasta Salad

Spiral pasta, sliced black olives, red peppers and soybean oil. Some of our customers add eggs and greens to it, others serve it with meatballs and a variety of sauces. Whatever your preference, this pasta mix will be a perfect addition and enhance any meal. 

Tortellini Vinegrette

This ring shaped pasta sometimes looks like a navel or belly button earning it the name ombelico in Italian. Tortellini Vinegrette features two kinds of tortellini, filled with cheese or spinach, mixed with parsely, and red peppers making this a very savory luch. Pair it with broiled salmon or your favorite seafood.
